About Austin Watkins
Austin Watkins joined BlueLine Services in 2014 as a Senior Helpdesk Engineer. Austin’s strong points are routing/switching, monitoring and server support. Austin has over 15 years of technical experience in the IT field. His first start in the technical field was working for Transamerica Real Estate Service as an AS/400 CL programmer in 1997. Before joining BlueLine Services, he was employed with 3TPro in Allen, TX as a Senior Helpdesk Engineer and Field Technician. Austin has worked for various managed service providers. He believes that a technician should be knowledgeable but should always be helpful, humble and truthful at any opportunity.
In his spare time, Austin enjoys outdoors, family events and working with horses.
