If a Help Desk Support Engineer ever has to come to your office, rest assured they will be prompt, clean, and considerate of your office environment and valuable time. All of our Help Desk Service Engineers are certified, highly-qualified, and knowledgeable. We employ only the best Engineers in the field to assist you.

With this in mind, the BlueLine Services Help Desk Support Team is available from 7AM to 7PM, Monday through Friday to assist with any onsite IT issues. Weekend rates are available upon request. The Help Desk Support Team provides 24×7 coverage for our customers in our collocation datacenter.
